How to collect points with your Tesco Bank Credit Card It’s simple: use your credit card wherever you see the Mastercard logo. You’ll collect points on almost everything you buy. With the Premium Credit Card you collect 1 point for every £1 spent (£1 minimum) in Tesco and 1 point for every £4 spent (£4 minimum) outside Tesco in each purchase transaction. For all our other credit cards you collect 1 point for every £4 spent (£4 minimum) in Tesco and 1 point for every £8 spent (£8 minimum) outside Tesco in each purchase transaction. Travel Insurance Tesco Bank Premium Credit Card Travel Insurance is included if you (the primary cardholder) are aged under 70. It also covers your immediate family members under the age of 70. You’ll be insured for as many trips of up to 31 days as you like and the policy also includes 17 days winter sports cover each year as standard. Immediate family means the primary cardholder’s spouse, co-habiting partner or civil partner and their dependent children, including grandchildren, step-children and foster children under the age of 18. About Noddle Noddle is a free service which allows you to view your credit report, credit score, rating and financial history. Additionally, as a Foundation Credit Card customer you will also benefit from free access to Noddle Improve and Noddle Alerts for three years from the moment you sign up. • Noddle Improve – information and helpful tips on how you can improve your credit score. • Noddle Alerts –sending you notifications when there are significant changes to your credit report, allowing you to stay in control of your report and spot any problems quickly. If you have applied and been accepted for a Foundation Credit Card then we’ll send you a welcome email within three weeks of receiving your card, including a link to the sign up page. If you’re already a Noddle customer and are accepted for a Foundation Credit Card, then you’ll have the opportunity to upgrade your account to have access to Noddle Improve and Noddle Alerts through the welcome email. As part of the sign-up process you will be required to pass Noddle’s identity validation checks before accessing your Noddle account. After three years, your additional benefits (Noddle Improve and Noddle Alerts) will expire, but you can choose to renew and pay for these benefits if you want to. The good news is, you will still have access to your free for life credit report and score. It’s worth knowing that only the primary credit card account holder will have access to Noddle. Citibank-Issued Credit Card You can activate your new Citibank credit card online on Citibank's website (see Resources). Have the card you wish to activate at hand. You will be required to enter the card number, your name as it appears on the card, the security code from the back of the card, the last four digits of your Social Security number and your date of birth. If you are an authorized user, you will need the Social Security and birthdate information from the primary cardholder. You can also activate your card by phone by calling the number on the sticker on the front of your new card. Citibank Debit Card Call the number on the sticker on the front of your new card. You will be able to quickly activate the card. Just be sure to call from your home or mobile phone for the quickest service. If you have lost the sticker, you can find a number on the back of your debit card for service. Call the number and advise the Citibank representative that you wish to activate your card. Have your card handy, as you may need to verify information from the card. You will need to provide your debit card number, Social Security number or your account number. You will also be asked for your telephone access code. If you don't have one, the Citibank representative will help you set one up. Citibank ATM Card Citibank savings account holders, including those with simple and money market savings accounts, can use a Citibank Banking Card to access their funds from ATMs all over the world. Activating your banking card is similar to activating your debit card. Just call the number on the sticker on the front of the card or the number on the back of the card. You might upgrade your ATM card to a debit card for easier access. This can also be done by calling the number on the back of your card. Citibank Prepaid Card Determine whether your card came activated. If there is no sticker on the front of it with a phone number to call, the card is ready to use and you do not need to activate it. If there is a sticker on the front of the card, call the phone number given and follow the prompts over the phone to activate your card.
